Jatbat Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using Our Services

01General Information & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Jatbat ("we", "us", "the Platform") and you ("User", "Member"). Jatbat is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a Curaçao eGaming license.

By using Jatbat's website, mobile app, or any of our services, you voluntarily agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If any term is unclear, please contact our support team before you start using the platform.

02Account Registration & Verification

To use Jatbat's services, you will need to create an account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date.

Required at registration:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your national ID)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• A valid email address
• A strong password

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Jatbat may request a copy of your national ID or passport. This verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Jatbat reserves the right to request additional documents at any time.

03Age Verification & Eligibility

Jatbat strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to open an account or place bets on Jatbat. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately suspended, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

The following individuals are not permitted to use Jatbat's services:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Jatbat employees and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have self-excluded due to mental illness or substance addiction

04Betting Rules & Regulations

Each betting market on Jatbat has its own rules that you should review before placing a bet. The general betting rules are outlined below:

Sports Betting:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless the match itself is cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled for any reason, the stake will be refunded.
• Jatbat reserves the right to void any odds issued in error due to a technical fault before those odds have been confirmed.
• If a match in a system bet or accumulator is cancelled, the remaining bets will be settled accordingly.

Live / In-Play Betting:

• Odds change quickly in live betting. If you see a "Bet Suspended" message, please wait.
• If a bet is not placed due to a lost internet connection, it will be considered void.

05Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Jatbat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only — transactions from another person's number may be cancelled.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes; complex cases may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (e.g., if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go to bKash).
• Jatbat reserves the right to carry out additional verification as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

06Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jatbat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. General bonus policies are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement: 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: Available weekly for eligible users. Separate terms apply.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you receive a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• You cannot activate a new bonus while another is already active.
• Jatbat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

07Responsible Gaming Policy

Jatbat believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We are committed to supporting the wellbeing of every user.

Available self-control tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum stake amount per session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a complete break for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jatbat and may result in immediate permanent account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Registering with false information
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system (Bonus Abuse)
• Involvement in match fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds from illegal sources
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users

09Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Jatbat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason—including violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Users may close their account at any time. Before closing your account:

• Settle all active bets.
• Withdraw all funds remaining in your wallet.
• Submit an account closure request to support.

10Limitation of Liability

Jatbat is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. However, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any bets affected by such problems.

All betting decisions are entirely your own responsibility. Jatbat does not control game outcomes — all results are determined by third-party certified RNG systems or real-world events.

11Dispute Resolution Process

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. The support team will aim to resolve your issue within 48 hours.

If your issue cannot be resolved through our support team, you may file a formal complaint with the Curaçao eGaming regulatory authority. All disputes will be handled in English, and the laws of Curaçao will apply.

12Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

Jatbat reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes will be announced via a notification on the website and communicated to your registered email address.

Continuing to use Jatbat after any changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
